A month before a heart attack, your body will give you warning signs – here are 6 indications.

We all know that prevention is better than cure. This applies to all illnesses and is crucial when the exact symptoms are unknown. Therefore, today we will present some symptoms that people often ignore and that may indicate the possibility of a heart attack. By recognizing them, you can take better care of your health.

6 Signs of an Impending Heart Attack
1. Fatigue
One of the main symptoms is fatigue. Women experience this symptom more frequently than men. It’s important to know that physical and mental exertion doesn’t cause fatigue; it disappears at the end of the day. Therefore, this symptom can indicate a heart attack. Sometimes, you may have difficulty making your bed or showering.

2. Stomach Pain
Stomach pain, stomach discomfort, or abdominal bloating are very common symptoms of a heart attack. They can occur in both men and women. Usually, before a heart attack, the stomach pain eases, but then returns. If you are physically overworked, the pain may worsen.

3. Insomnia.
Insomnia occurs more frequently in women than in men. It is related to heart attacks or strokes. It can also be accompanied by anxiety and memory lapses. Symptoms include difficulty maintaining sleep, difficulty falling asleep, early awakening, and feelings of nausea and nervousness.

4. Arrhythmia.
Arrhythmia means a disruption in heart rhythm, which is usually followed by panic attacks and anxiety. It typically occurs unexpectedly in women. It can manifest as an irregular heartbeat or an increased heart rate. However, heart rate can also increase due to physical exercise, especially in cases of atherosclerosis. This irregularity usually lasts one or two minutes. If it persists for longer, you may also experience dizziness and extreme fatigue. If this happens, seek medical attention immediately.
